Terms and Conditions:
- 1. Promotion is valid from 5TH October until 1st November 2023 across Spinneys in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (the “Promotion”).
- 2. Buy any 2 packs of Alpro Barista and get a chance to win one of 20 Sage Barista Coffee Machine
- 3. QR code will be available on the pack for the shoppers to enter. Upon purchase they can scan the QR code that will lead them to a microsite where they enters their details & receipt to enter the digital raffle draw. The draw will take place on 2nd November 2023
- 4. After the winners are selected, the Organizers shall communicate with the winner via email and mobile. Winner must redeem the prize within 60 days of the contact date, the Organizers retain the right to reselect a winner
- 5. The winners will be contacted by FLC Marketing Management L.L.C on behalf of Emirates Snack Foods team & will be collecting their prize from FLC Marketing office.
- 6. Promotion is available to all residents and non-residents of the UAE, excluding in-store promoters, all and any subsidiary or affiliate companies of Emirates Snack Foods LLC and any other individuals/groups involved in this promotion.
- 7. Organizers, promoters and other affiliates shall not be liable in case of any injury or loss of life or property following the delivery or subsequent use of the prize (s) awarded.
- 8. The Prizes are not subject to refund, division, transfer, or exchange for any other item or cash.
- 9. Participants understand that entry to the Campaign does not create an affiliation between the Participants and the Organizers.
- 10. The Organizers and their related companies and entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copy, text, software, graphics, logos, pictures, designs and all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property or proprietary rights and all associated rights relating to the Promotion.
- 11. This promotion is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- 12. The Terms, together with any other notices published by the Organizers on the Website and/or on advertising material related to the Promotion, shall constitute the entire Terms governing the relationship between Participants and the Organizers concerning the participation in the Promotion.
- 13. The Organizers, reserve the right to cancel this promotion and/or apply changes on the Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and without notice upon obtaining the approval of the economic department, and it is the Participant’s responsibility to review the Terms for any changes.
- 14. Continued participation in the Campaign following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of such changes.
- 15. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
